South West Corner of Broadway and Arapahoe at 5:30 PM. Boulder, CO 80303 The purpose of our voter assembly come together, as a community, and to respond non-violently to the voting rights violations which have occurred across the country. Our Voter Assembly will be held on the South West Corner of Broadway and Arapahoe at 5:30 PM.
