What happened:

I'm reporting what was told to me by Elizabeth Beard in AZ.  I was actually phoning CO voters for Obama and this woman and her cell phone(970-214-6082) had moved to AZ.  She had registered in AZ and had voted in the primary no problem.  She moved in the meantime and re-registered, and was given a provisional ballot.  There was a long line of people who had to vote by provisional ballot, one of whom had not changed addresses in 9 years.  Also she had several friends who had the same experience at different times.  She voted at the Aquatic Center in Lake Havasu City, AZ.
